  • Bringing cigars back from Majorca

Got a holiday booked and I was wondering about bringing sticks back.

Do I need to freeze them and has anyone been who can recommend where to purchase from?

Shouldn't need to freeze if you're getting Caribbean sticks. These will usually be frozen as part of the export/import process so this is only needed if you're bringing sticks back from the country of origin

Good to know, thanks. I had a google and couldn't believe the price difference between Spain and here, assuming it was correct.

Seriously unimpressed with the tobacco shops here, found a few that actually sold cigars but they were in non humidified cabinets so I didn’t buy. They were selling Siglo II’s for €10.50, not sure how that compares with other places. Will try my luck at Palma duty free

Siglo IIs are ?16.49 here (best price at CGars) so €10.50 is just under ?10.00... A steal if the sticks are well kept/genuine.

Oh well, never mind, I was only going to pick something up if I saw a deal.

You might get some HdM petit robustos at a good price
