Been offered these but unsure wether they are a good buy or just an average cigar

I have been sent a pic of the unsealed cigars.

What are they worth and are they worth bothering with?

Just an average cigar but good enough for a yardgar if you pick them up cheap enough

I wouldn't pay more than ?25 but I can afford to be choosey because I already have too many
