Thanks for the information. As someone who is generally only able to smoke the occasional cigar, I am unable to smoke at work, in my flat etc., I usually only buy a few single cigars at a time. Although it is especially nice to sample the occasional cigar in places like JJFox and be able to spend some time in the company of fellow cigar smokers.

And get your PMs sorted, Cigar of the Month Club on here is one of the best sources of sensibly priced singles to try.

I've asked about having PM's reinstated but assumed Deano will want me to be around for a bit longer after my absence before he sorts them out. I can then enter the hallowed halls of the For Sale section.
Unless you have a way of messaging him for me to expedite the process?

Never been quite sure about the rules for getting PMs, mine came and went in the blink of an eye. Maybe one day they will return.
Good luck perhaps you will get yours quickly and they will be here to stay.

I had PM's back along and made some very good purchases. But then when I had my stroke I gave up cigars. Now I'm back I don't have PM's. Looking at the rules, I comply with the number of posts but not the time frame. Need to be posting for 3 months to get PM's. Thats a long time to wait

I have found Spain to be good for cigars, when on the summer family holiday I usually pick up some cheap and cheerful like quintero, Rafael Gonzalez Panatela extra. I did the Geneva trip once and it was great, France has been good a couple of times too.

I do buy a few from the UK when there is something to try or if it is something I am not going to wait for the next trip abroad for. I get my Xmas morning cohiba panatela in the UK, I bought a 5 pack of siglo one to celebrate moving house in the UK.

What I will say about the two UK vendors I use, Mysmokingshop and cgars is that you can rely on them for top notch customer service.

Definitely British regional. If you are going to buy ems then why not get something you can't get somewhere else. I spotted a few of the 225 in the casc humidor last time I was. I reckon I am going to treat myself to one on Thursday

You should be able to pick up UK Regionals from Stagnetto on Gib. I don't know if any of the budget air lines fly into Gib though. They do fly in to Malaga and to Alicante which aren't a million miles away.
If you want to, you can.
And, if you can, you must!

As a point of principle I agree Gib is preferable, although unless you go out there they're difficult to get hold of

I also don't think all of them get out there either, I don't think the Belgravia or 225 did made its way there

The problem with Gib though, unless I'm mistaken, is you can only bring back 25 per person. This surely prices the trip out unless you happen to be near by anyway.
