          Vacuum bagging

          Vac packing is said to hold cigars from ageing a bit. It's not going to age them I don't think, as Marc said you need air for that. If you had a load of boxes of your favourite cigars at their peak (you're preferred stage of ageing) you could perhaps vac pack them to retard ageing. That's what people have told me is the main use of vac packing at a storage level. It's a very good way to ship imo. As long as you have a machine that can be manually made to seal when most of the air is removed. I have one on my Christmas list.
