This good weather...

.... I appreciate the weather is due to head back to normal British summertime rain at the weekend if not before, but I do love this warm clear skied weather.

Two particular benefits come to mind...

The ability to sit outside, rather than inside in front of the TV, enjoying a well chosen stick is an obvious benefit.
Also I find my humi's smell just a touch richer and sweeter in this weather - guess its the combo of higher humidity generally and warm air.

Not sure which one I like the most! Both are fabulous benefits of what we might dare to call 'proper summer' weather. lets hope it rolls on through September too.

That said I am putting a bigger dent in the collection because of this!!!

love it... could do with turning up just a little more though. I dont mind it up to 40 or so... if its a dry heat.

Today here its not been overly hot, but its very muggy. Give me a cold crisp winter day anytime over this!

ah now... I too love a crisp, heavy frost, even better a decent amount of snow. BUT I like the seasons to be distinct seasons.

Winter... cold frosty with snow!
spring... getting green, cool occasionally warm, sunshine, showers...
summer warm to hot, long days... rain at night
autumn.... getting chillier, golden brown n orange everywhere...

I dont mind getting a drowning being out on the rain, or getting cold in frost n snow.... but long wet summer is no fun and makes autumn winter drag from far too early in the year.
