I'm guessing they'll all be shite, especially to start with. Because if it was that easy to churn out new lines of quality, they'd have been doing it already.

Also, the last comment about Cuba - I would have thought that the new legislation wouldn't affect their back catalogue at all, just new lines.
Which tbh might be a good thing as it would stop them in their quest for larger ring gauges for the American market.
