Haven't seen this posted anywhere so thought I'd whip it on to the forum:

It's directly from H&F and allows you to locate the nearest place that sells cigars, as well as find what they call Comfortable Outdoor Smoking Area (COSA).

It's on iOS and Android.

I hope you have more luck with it in London than I did in Manchester; one of the restaurants listed as having a COSA doesn't actually have one and a good number of venues listed as selling cigars closed some time ago.

Not a bad wee app but be aware that a COSA can be simple table with a chair at the side of the road. That's certainly the case with the few on George Street in Edinburgh that I've looked into

George St has alot of outdoor seating in various pubs etc. As it's a pedestrian street. Plus it's busy with alot of atmosphere.
