we are here if you are ever unhappy, the packs of 5 are difficult to control consistency with the moisture as the cardboard does adsorb some.

thats what I meant in my original post that the decent vendors genuinely meet customer queries very well indeed. It generally helps to be a decent sort, as you get treated as one in return.
