beetle hole

Hi guys,

Just been gifted a 5 pack of reyes for my birthday and one of them has a little beetle hole in. Should I freeze it? or freeze all 5? Or just smoke it straight away>? They where from jj fox not the beach in Cuba

I would freeze all of them, and maybe mention it to JJs, they may replace it

Indeed they would & yes that does look like a beetle hole. Worrying in so far as it comes from a legitimate source & should have been frozen by Habanos before export. Send them the photo & ask them if you can return it. They will be compensated by Habanos. Can be a problem if you bought them a long time ago but I assume not?

My brother bought them in London a month or so ago. Probably has no receipt etc but I can ask the question.

I would expect them to exchange, as I say it doesn't cost them anything but if not freeze & they should smoke fine. Most interested to see there reaction though |:O)
