New Cigar Venue in North Bucks

Well, we're getting there. Cigars are being sold and although we haven't had the menus through just yet and the furnishings aren't complete, it's a damned fine spot for a cigar. Very peaceful watching the boats chug past...

It's The Navigation at Cosgrove and I will be organising an informal herf if enough of you declare an interest.

Is there any public transport/ train station close by?

Thank you Sir, delighted you've found it. I'm quite proud of it myself.

I'm sure I don't need to say this to members, but for newbies, here's the etiquette. If you take advantage of these great facilities, please do the decent thing and buy some food/drinks/a stick. The pub deserve to get something back for going to great lengths to accommodate cigar lovers and we need to encourage them to do so and not take the michael. Am working on dates for a group herf.

Hi Marc. Nearest train station is Wolverton. Taxi from there less than a tenner.

If I organised a get together one Wednesday afternoon/night in the near future, would many of you be able to make it? i know it's a school night, but the place is massively busy Thurs to Sun so may make more sense to have our informal first gathering when it's a little quieter... Let me know what you think.

Being a shift worker I can usually make the right Wednesday, my first opportunity is 28 September and I would prefer an afternoon.

Wednesday usually works for me though possibly easier evenings than afternoon but it depends on the day, being my own boss I can be fairly flexible...

Thanks all. Okay, so if I organise something late afternoon that runs into the evening, all well. I just want to try and ensure that at least a handful of folks may be able to come to make it worthwhile. A drink, a smoke, maybe a bite to eat and a chill out.
