Cigar of the Month question

Hi guys, just a question about the CotM thing some of you have got going on.
I've noticed that I can't reply to it in that category so I've put it on here, hope that's okay.

I'm interested in being part of the group thing that you have going on with the CotM as I love writing reviews (also having just started a new Instagram account dedicated to reviewing mainly Cubans), however I was wondering if you're part of the CotM group do you have to also send out cigars when it's your month? I don't ask this to avoid sending some out, it's not that, it's just being a student there's no way I can afford to buy a box of cigars and send them all out even if I got the money back afterwards as I don't have the initial cash to buy the box in the first place. So basically do you have to send as well as receive to be in the CotM group? As I would love to have a go guessing the cigar or at least writing up my mini review on it

COTM is open to all members once they have been awarded PM privileges Matt. It looks like you will be there soon enough.

As for hosting, it is not something everyone has to do as a written rule. I participated for over a year before I had a go hosting.
It is nice to try and put a little back in to the COTM if possible though.

You could do some preliminary work, get the money in and order once everyone's paid, if you do that then there's no outlay. Although participants would have to pay a month early.

Okay that sounds great! I'll just have to wait until I get PM's then I guess, what do you have to do to get that privilege btw??
The preliminary idea sounds a good one actually, if/when I participated I'd have to do that I reckon.

Yes, PeeJay's right. PMs will have been automatically withdrawn due to inactivity on here. I would keep being involved, make contribution and they'll come around soon enough I'm sure.
