Hey tom. It's about 3montns before you out get PMs...but they are great having.

I'd personally buy 2 or 3 of the singles same or different vitolas as I have found one day I really wasnt a fan of a cigar then smoked it again a month later and really enjoyed it

This could be because I smoked them soon as I got them...now I give them a minimum of 3 weeks in my humi before I smoke them unless they are an aged stick.

Like others my advice would be to try (lots of) singles, different brands and different vitolas in each brand, and ages if you can... and you will start to discover what you enjoy, its exactly what I did. Then boxes can follow (and they did!) I wouldn't know about box splits as I don't have PM

Definitely just keep trying singles until you've tried a few from each brand to know what you really like. Por Larra?aga, Ramon Allones, Bolivar, Cohiba, Upmann, Montecristo, Partagas, Trinidad etc all need trying before you buy a box of 10 I'd say. There's loads of vitolas out there, finding the right size and flavour profile for you is crucial before committing to a box in my opinion Tom.
I love Por Larra?aga, Upmann and Cohiba (when I can afford it) but make sure you shop around the different brands first, enjoy the journey!! [emoji4]
