Worst ever was a Punch TUBOS. TUBOS what I don't remember. Bought from a tobacconist in Cowes (appropriate) on the Isle of White. Anyway guy must have seen me coming when I walked in and was dithering over buying a cigar. Told me he had a few he wanted to sell off cheap. Anyway I took an RyJ and this Punch. Got it back to where we were holidaying, intending to smoke it with a beer or two after the kids were settled for the night. Came the hour, unscrewed the cap and out fell a load of dust and tobacco bits. This should have been a clue, but no I lit the thing and it when of like a bonfire with bits of wrapper uncurling and burning everywhere. To say the cigar was dry wouldn't have been doing it an injustice .... the fecker was mumified!

Oddly, the RyJ smoked OK. We left for home the next day, so never did get the chance to half-brick a window.
If you want to, you can.
And, if you can, you must!

which ones have you had? In general, I find Gurkha to be a decent smoke if you can get them for the right price, not the inflated ones that many sell for.

A Don Ramos #1. Like sucking on a bunch of mild flavoured straws.
            Very disappointing.

Guatanamera obviously, King Eddies (contains non tobacco products!) Gurkha, Don Ramos, Castella and various "dry" Dutch cigars.

I'm hoping my third partagas D4 will let me see the magical light. My first two have been hard drawing, stupidly burning pieces of crap. If anyone wants to trade a couple of bolivar royal coronas for a couple, i'd be more than happy to trade (bonus if you got some RASS' :melt: )

My all time worst cigars have to be the Guantanamera Cristales and the Tony Borhami from Bahia Cigars. Absolute muck!

This was my first and last (currently) Partagas. This kind of put me off partagas, talk about first impressions.

okay, this must be a typo =) whether 01, 02 or 05, rg lonnies are one of my favs.

hate to be a sellout, but the worst cigar to have touched my lips was a philippine made Tabacalera. tasted like dirt and harsh as hell.

In my view there is no such thing as a crap cigar - i believe that each size and make of cigar serves a purpose. For instance, you go out to the pub on a summer's evening and sit in the beer garden; to pull out a Cuban at this stage is a little showy, but a Villager is acceptable, therefore you smoke a Villager because you like smoking cigars.

But if I am hosting a dinner at my house and smoking indoors is encouraged, I would pull out the Cubans at the end of the evening and hand them out to all who smoked.

Bottom line is I enjoy smoking all cigars, so none are crap. Its just that some are more suitable for certain occasions than others.

I see where you're coming from, I love the notion of smoking and all. I smoked a king edward last night because my mate got some for his birthday, the gauge and size was no bigger than a ciggy. I didn't mind smoking it, it wasnt too sad considering i've had hamlets, but I wouldn't call them a good cigar.

Those villigers were disgusting, unless I had a bad couple of tubes, they just weren't nice to smoke and were tossed like a german stick grenade
