  • Best short/cheaper smoke

Hi guys, I'm staying down in London with my girlfriend this week and as she lives near Teddington I'll be popping to see Ajay and buying a stick off him. He recommended the RyJ Cedros de Luxe LCDH release last week when I met him for the first time (lovely bloke btw, his shop is great), the RyJ was alright but nothing special.
Unfortunately being a poor student I've gotta go for something that's cheaper and just wondered what everyone on here rates as a good cheaper smoke?
I love the Upmann Half Coronas but I've had a few Upmann's recently so I fancy a change. I've heard some great and also some bad reviews about Cuaba Divinos but just wondering what people like to smoke as a shorter/cheaper stick.

Cheers guys, have a great week!
    Matt

Davidoff WC Panatela - replacement of Spitfires
    Rocky Patel Sungrown Junior
    Oliva Serie G Cameroon

All about same size, all about 5-6 quid a pop.

You could also try JLP Petit Cazadores, El Rey Del Mundo Demi Tasse or even Chinchalero - Chicos, Perla etc.

Chinchaleros are not that terrible if you keep them in a box with boveda for few days. And given the price of Chicos, it would make good cheap smoke. I just had bad luck as my local tobacconist always has them very dry.

However personally I'd rather smoke less, but better stuff. Tin of Davidoff Winston Churchil Panatelas was 30 quid, but these cigars might be the best shorties I had so far. From the very first puff this little thing delivers a lot of taste, character and everything else .

Cohiba Panetela is a class smoke and not too much money.

Cheers guys, I'll have to try those suggestions! [emoji1303] What are the Cohiba panatelas like? I've heard mixed reviews about them.
                      Anyone recommend the Partagas D6??

Thanks Shamz and Horsebox, sounds like they're nice sticks! Are they full of just spice and earth or are there other flavours in them?? I hate earth in cigars tbh but heard some many good reviews about the D6 that I feel I should try it.

The D6 is a good call too. Last couple I have had have been great.
