I think retro healing a cigar, specially a full bodied one takes a lot of getting used to, if you get used to it at all ?, but you definitely get more flavors from the cigar...
Any more than a thin wisp of smoke stings my nostrils, I do it occasionally but don't find it enhances the experience enough to bother most of the time.
i prefer doing the same action after a draw has been exhaled. That's when I get chocolate flavours coming through
