Scooby you need a calibrating kit as well to calibrate your hygrometer, deppends how you like your cigars
for example a bit moist or a bit dry concerning the boveda pouches the most popular are the 69%.

I'm still pretty new to cigars so not 100% on this at the moment, I think id edge towards the dry side

I have just received my cube humidor today I am thinking weather to buy the 84 season packs or just go with the old destiled water wipe down just for speed or I will have to wait two weeks before I can load up.

FWIW i havent ever calibrated mine... give or take a few percentage points stability is a better ambition IMHO.... i have revolved all three of my hygros through the various boxes and within +/- 1% they all read fine.

Personally, I would cut no corners when it comes to seasoning.

What's the rush ranks why take the risk of of over wetting your humidor ,just use the pouches before you know it it will be seasoned and ready to go.

How many packs do think I will need for that size humidor?

Once you've seasoned with the 84% replace with one boveda for the humidor and another for every 50 cigars, so a minimum of 2 depending on the amount of cigars you have........hope that makes sense, that's how i understood it.

If i'm wrong i'm sure someone more experienced will correct me😆👍
