I had a PLPC not all that long ago that just did everything right. In fact 2015 was a PL year for me Montecarlos were good for me in 2014 and have possibly been even better this year..... But that one PC just went further.

I am currently mid way through a Mag 46 that is getting getter and better is I go through it though so i might be reporting back shortly.

Liga Privada T52 Robusto for me. Perfect draw and construction and very intriguing, complex delicious flavours from a brand I had tried very little of previously. It took a bit of discipline to not smoke it too fast it was so moreish. Just a superb smoking experience that I hope to repeat more of in 2016.

For me it has to be a cigar that was simply amazing. The flavours, construction and burn all perfect. I got notes of summer fruit trifle, marzipan and honey.

i will definitely be buying more of these amazing cigars.

The best thing about these cigars is they are available everywhere, do yourself a favour and buy a box.

I have two....one is purely location as it is a daily smoke for me. A Juan Lopez no2, but really in the middle of nowhere in the Costa Rican rainforest. Seemed like paradise.

The other was one of my very old Monte 2's.... So creamy and now very little nicotine kick. Perfect....sadly I'm running out.
The occasion was not anything....sometimes I just treat myself to a special stick for no reason. Just when I feel like it...

James, didn't I send you some Punch's a while back? How did they smoke, can't recall any reviews?

Best one if the year was a custom rolled ( in a newspaper cone)davidoff pyramides that i torched for my 40th, watching an astounding sunset, with a decent malt in the other paw. It was like drinking a pint of cream without ever getting sickly.... Astounding. Never had anything like it before or since. Subtle calm and creamy. It was chuffin freezing, but i stuck it out as i simply didnt want to finish the stick!

My apologies James, just checked my pm's & it was a Matt Wall, not been online since Nov. Let's hope he pops back to tell all, it was a rather special Bomb that I don't often do these days.

Matt went to Notts Uni from memory. He'll be cramming his ass off in between having a ball no doubt. Perhaps this Matt Wall might jog him into getting back?

Just sent him a pm so if he dips in again he should pick it up. Never been to the dark side (or FOH, perhaps you could pass our regards on to him Smokey Joe?) James, from memory (can't find any record in my notes) my last Punch DC, Black Prince? Margaritas.
