Wipe it off, check the box for any mould and do the same if you find any there.
As long as it's white and there's none in the foot they should be ok, just keep an eye on them.

Previously i used a clean, barely damp tissue, moistened with humidifier fluid with the anti fungal stuff in.... It literally just wiped off, left no marks and took no effort... Have opened both boxes as they were reading 69%... Boveda not evening these out sadly!

Looks like plume to me.
Wipe off with soft tissue gently from foot to head.
Mold can't be wiped off so i understand as it permeates the wrapper ( and smells bad)
