I spent a fair penny with them. Decent enough service.
Since I discovered genuine smokes from abroad,
I doubt I'll ever buy smokes from UK again tbh.
The saving is phenomenal.

CGars were always my port of call when I was getting started - excellent range plus knowledgeable guys at the end of the phone/email practically 24/7. It was not unusual to have discuss what I should try next via email at 3am - often with Mitch himself taking the midnight shift! I still use them occasionally, but try to spread the love a little bit and pick things up whilst away on holiday where I can.

I too have had good service from them, and also dealt with Mitch at odd hours.... I tweeted a question at dawn, hoping to get an answer later that day, he tweeted me an answer, right back, and got the shop i was going to visit to mail me if they had the Xikar travel humi i was after, plus prices., as soon as they opened... Landed in the big smoke, as the email arrived, perfect timing to swerve the office and have cigar fun before starting work!! Good customer service with a personal touch.

that said... Buying when u are abroad where tax isnt as punitive is a no brainer, if you are able.
