  • Top daily sticks?

    Hi All,

    New to this community.

I am a huge cigar fan and have been very lucky with the cigars I have smoked over the years. I currently have a couple of 10 boxes of La Flor De Cano Gran Cano and Monte Cristo #2's. They are just beautiful but I cannot afford to smoke these daily and also don't want to as I like to savour them. I have also smoke Bolivar Royal, some punch, R&J, Cohiba etc.

I have started to love cigars so much that I am not wanting to smoke cigarettes anymore and instead smoke 1 nice cigar per day. I have been researching a lot of daily medium/full smokes but they still come in above my desired budget of ?5 per stick. The only one that does come in that I have seen is the Padron Ambassador, 6.9" 42mm girth. That said they are way over priced in the UK compared to the US... ?180 per 26 box here vs ?75 in the US.

So, any ideas on other daily smokes that hit closer to budget or recommendations on ordering from overseas?

Open minded to any region. Just looking for a full rich handmade stick.

    Thanks!

Welcome to the UKCF jhc. Forums rules do not permit discussion of overseas vendors unfortunately. I'm sure you'll get some recommendations for cigars, but sources are a no-no, unless discussing shops/outlets that are visited in person

          Awesome - thanks Roy.

2 boxes on order. Trying both the natural and the maduro. Will let you know how I get on.

Also trying out the Flor de Oliva Churchill. Seen some OK reviews on those and a cheap daily stick.

          Will keep you posted.

Welcome to the forum, I think you'll enjoy your cigars a lot more than cigarettes Try the following and see how it goes for you:

            1) Bolivar Petite Corona.
            2) HUpmann Petite Corona.
            3) Montecristo #5.

Good cigars at a decent price. May not have the "full-body" flavor you're looking for, but pricing should be reasonable on these cigars
