I've recently viewed a really good video from Dr Joe ( Dr Joe Show ) with some valuable info on ageing.

He explains, in a simple & easy to understand way, the concept of ageing & controlling humidity. With an excellent recommendation for Boveda!

Good video, For myself, I learned a lot of useful information in this video about humidification and Boveda pack.
