Help making a Shell Casing Punch

Hi guys, I've been reading ALOT over the last couple of days and realised that a cutter or a punch will be required if I want to correctly enjoy a Cigar.

I will buy a cutter when required but in the meantime I could have a go myself.

I enjoy making things and repurposing items and have a couple of bullet shells that could I believe be repurposed, the only snag is I don't know what the punch should be shaped or sharpened like.

If any one is able to share some words or pictures/video that would be a great help.
