Currently on a PSD4 and the burn is a bit uneven with one side going a bit quicker. What causes this? It was lit evenly using a torch.

From my experience can be caused by a few things. Poor light, poor roll ie cavity or gap in filler/binder, strong wind, uneven cut etc.
Wouldn't worry too much about it, try and touch it up with your lighter and carry on.

All the above ^ [emoji3]
If you see it starting, I find a dab of spit under the speedier burn sorts it out.
I reckon it happens more often with a rushed lighting and definitely recommend the '3 match method' for a good burn, cutting the cigar after lighting. Not only does the first puff taste better but the whole cigar burns more evenly.

I seem to draw unevenly in so much that no matter what cigar, i seem to pull the bottom edge of a cigar to burn faster.
No matter how I try, and no matter what the cigar!"Dear heart, you're talking to a man- a real man- who drinks straight Tequilla, with lime and salt on the rim, and smokes cigars" (J Zavala)

rotate as I light it, then as I get go less so and probably not. Once I spot the uneven burn line, I tend to rotate until it corrects."Dear heart, you're talking to a man- a real man- who drinks straight Tequilla, with lime and salt on the rim, and smokes cigars" (J Zavala)
