I've had a look at a few sites but never very sure about the American ones.

Can anyone recommend a site or reviewer that I can learn some more from?

I've read a few now, some really good stuff from the gents here. Love the video ones, easy to watch with a smoke

Have a look at sauttercigars, Ajay Patel and Karl Pearson on YouTube.

I enjoy all these for different reasons, will keep you busy for a while.

I would start here. I don't think there's a Cuban brand or vitola that hasn't been reviewed at some point. But don't read mine, they really are rubbish!

I think this site is generally pretty accurate but maybe im just bais as my favourite brand is a number 2! lol

On YouTube the Friends Of Habanos vids are pretty entertaining!

As above I regularly go on cigar-reviews.org to get an idea about particular sticks, the reviews are usually spot on.

I know you didn't like the American review, but on utube look at kel AKA smoke rings and pipe dreams.
fantastic cigar/pipe reviewer who is very happy to chat personally also.

hes been a massive personal help as well as supplied a few giggles along the way

I'd certainly second that. An excellent YouTube feed - informative, remarkably unbiased (given that Rob sells cigars), and highly entertaining. Sadly a little less active than they used to be (but I'm not really in a position to comment... )
