  • Go on then reccomend some smokes!

I've had a couple of Cuban cigars both romeo and juliet tubes. Enjoyed both of them as before i'd only smoked a cafe crem.
I see there are a lot of online sellers, where is best to buy from?
I like mild cigars at the moment and would appreciate some suggestions being a total newb!
    I love smocking!

Romeo y Julieta Cazadores, but tell C.GARS you don't want any of their 'old' ones, and that you only want 'fresh' one.

(That should persuade him to quit smoking. )
If you want to, you can.
And, if you can, you must!

Start with a few smaller ones, H.Upmann Half Corona, Partagas D6, Jose L Piedra Petit Cazadores or some of the Oliva range for non cuban (seems to be the only ones I really like so far, Chinchalero are also a cheap brand I don't hate)

They are purely from a price point of view, good introduction cigars

Allegedly the best selling Cuban cigar in the world owing to the millions they export to China but the price should tell you all you need to know. Its cheap and cheerful and made with short filler tobacco, not what you should aim to be smoking unless you're desperate.

I'm usually desperate as a smoker so might have to try them!

Brian, I smoked a lot of these in Cuba at the start of the year, I didn't think they were as bad as people have pointed out, but I was very new to the smoking of premium cigars and have not tried one since I have been smoking a lot better cigars.

I was also half cut at least when smoking them!

They're not quite as bad as people make out, but are still pretty bad, certainly one of the worst cigars I have ever tried

If you're looking to get into cigars I would suggest taking the money you would spend on them as a regular smoke and instead buy a more high end single - most people would enjoy smoking less but better. For the prize of five of them you would really get at least one really good stick (two if you go for smaller ones )
