    A week for good news for the UK's cigar smokers. Today; no increase in tobacco duty in the budget. Earlier in the week good news on Plain Packaging:

        We have dodged a bullet for now but it has been mentioned elsewhere that there may be an European directive that will trump the UK decision. Vote UKIP I say
