          +1

All depends whether a strong or mild hit is required - depending on mood and timeframe

Yup mild to medium here. Still a bit of a minefield judging what cigars fall in those parameters. I seem to be hovering around Romeos and Montys at the moment. I had the Monty Open Master which was an amazing smoke about 3 weeks ago- must pick up more actually

I'm with this generally, though don't by any account dismiss lesser strength smokes. Flavour is always a key point

Depends on exactly what we're referring to by "strength". If nicotine strength then low or medium as I've never been a cigarette smoker so hate that nauseous feeling a strong one gives.

If body/strength of flavours then full for me as I don't have a particularly sensitive palette so need all the help I can get!

Right lets see if I can get this down in a way that makes sense.

Started off cigars with full and heavy cigars thinking I like red wine, dark ales and that sort of thing so they will be the cigars I like. Picked up a trinadad Reye by mistake one day and really enjoyed it. Didn't realise light flavour just means more delicate flavours. Still plenty of flavour and now enjoy the full range.

Like curries, a korma has all the flavour and none of the heat.

Who are you kidding? Korma taste like chicken pudding. Every style of curry taste so very different anyway. Vindaloo can be the most flavorful of the lot for me, but sometimes they are a little too hot for their own good.
