My week for ratty sticks

So, bottom line, phoned them up this morn, knew who I was immediatly (so my email had worked) and got a no hassle "we'll send you another, feel free to smoke that one." So all is cool. Got the impression it was a genuine mistake since there was no attempt to fob me off.

Any good tobacconist should look at what they are sending, especialy when it comes to cigars before packing them up just my opinion on this.

Might have been packed by the Saturday boy/girl, whatever it was the right resolution.

You got to be blind to not notice the state of that cigar when packing it to send to a customer.
Maybe they thought chance it they might not notice it.

Thats a decent resoulution, it wouldn't be in their best interest to try anything funny with a customer who will likely return for the sake of one stick...

Just got my replacement today... in a postal bag, in a Montecristo No 4 x25 box, in bubble wrap, in a ziplock bag, in a cardboard sleeve, IN CELLOPHANE!!!! I got an upgrade to the Rondo.

Win all round. More than happy. Also got the busted stick, which should smoke maybe after a trim.
