To glue or not to glue?

1, I wouldn?t dream of letting anyone look in my humidor and see damaged cigars.

2, wouldn?t go out with friends or family and pull out a cigar that was damaged in any way.

3, having damaged cigars rattling around in my humidor will only get more damage over time and make a mess in your box.

Nice to open the lid of a humidor and admiring all the different sticks all in perfect condition
Rather than opening the lid quickly picking a cigar out and closing it again so we don't see the damaged cigars.

Been and picked this glue up from my local cake baking supply shop, ?2.25 for a 25 mil bottle.



Going to have a look around for a little art/model brush.

How did you get on scott when the glue dries does it go clear.

It have a tiny bit of a shine but nothing that concerned me, did it with a very small brush, you can hardly see the repair.

I use the CREEDO Torcedor glue that comes with it's own brush .... and haven't noticed any 'funky' smells?

Simon, grab some of the cake/edible glue. You won't regret it. Keep it in the fridge and it'll last for a long time. I've found that the Torcedor glue starts to smell a bit funky when it ages, hence seeking an alternative.

I've heard the glue you mention leaves a very faint taste on cigars would you agree on that typpexx
not that it matters as long as it does the job.
Don't think it's the same as what the cigar rollers use theirs look more like a paste compared to the ones credo do.

I've had a bottle of the CREEDO Torcedor glue that comes with its own brush that was cloudy in appearance and did smell funky.

A bit 'off' Tony. Sorry I can't be more descriptive. A bit twangy?? That's not much good either
