Humidor maintenance

How often do you make maintenance? Turn cigars, open humidor etc ...
I did it after like a month, it was too busy lately. I look at my cigars and I must definitely refill Cubans :-)

I've become very lazy regarding turning cigars. I used to methodically turn singles every month or so. Now, most cigars are boxed, even in the desktops (apart from a few dozen singles and the NCs), so I do not bother. I open, snifffffff, check RH and close if no adjustments are required.
