As the title says, is it the demand on limited edition cigars that makes the price go up.
3 years ago monticristo sublimes 2008 were going for ?29.00 each
This weekend son was talking to a cigar smoker up in scotland one thing led to another and the monticristo sublime came into the conversation
well looks like if you can find them they will set you back ?300 each stick.

Its a UK thing Tony, the premium on aged sticks. If you could find them in Spain they would be €29 probably.

Think it's a gamble when collectors buy limited edition cigars, not knowing if they will be in demand.

They came on the market 6 years ago 3 years ago they were still about for the inflated price of 30 quid. 300 is just nonsense as no one is buying at that price and they went for 700-1000 a box at cgars auction which is still way over what there worth.
