Well, as far as I know it's Dutch and from a brand that is not usually expensive. They tend to sell cheap cigarillos. Even their corona's are only about ?30-40 for 25.

Hmm, hadn't even noticed the two boxes underneath. The bottom one does say Holland.... Perhaps a theme in this buyers buying habits? Without more to go on I'm going to edge on a gut feeling that these are not of much value.
