I can confirm the prices were sky high, except for the Cuban Davidoff's which may well have tailed off now.

I would certainly say that if you have any old pristine cigars, even part boxes, now is the time to think about getting them valued.

Extra ?10 for Saturday am delivery.
The additional costs, with the exception of the delivery cost did surprise me a little. Certainly something to consider when thinking of purchasing from an auction
It is a bit frivolous but...It's nearly Christmas, I've learned a little about how auction costs need to be fully accounted for & finally I'm quite excited at getting a jar of cigars!!

Congrat's Wayne, the extra charges are worth remembering. Taking off your delivery, was the extra around 20%? Another tip don't pay with credit card if you can avoid it - 3% charge.

Anyone know how it works with non-EMS stuff in the auction?

If I bring back a jar from my holidays and then put it in the auction in 10 years time will I have a but load of extra VAT or Duty or whatever to pay?
