    Discontinued Dilema

    Morning all!

    I have been searching the net for the discontinued dip no 1 as my beloved C.gars no longer supplies them. During my search I have, as a relative newbie to discontinued lines, spooked myself slightly as to the legitimacy of other websites' claims that they still stock them. I would like to know if anybody has used:

    Cuban Cigars UK - Cigars, Tobacco, Pipes and Accessories.

    Taylors Tobacconists stock a large selection of Cuban Cigars, Luxury Cigarettes, Cigars & Cigarillos and Loose tobacco from our traditional Brighton shop.


    This is one of the websites that still stocks the dip 1 and sells singles.

    Is my apprehension misplaced when looking for discontinued sticks?

      Taylors are legit. In general if it is a UK vendor with a UK URL, a proper UK street address and a UK phone number then you are OK.

      There are one or two dodgy 'so-called' UK vendors. If you aren't sure, just ask on here .... discussing UK vendors is NOT against the Rules.

      If you want, you can also go onto the Hunters & Frankau website .... most of the UK vendors for Cuban cigars are listed there.

          Rafael that's a noble cause that I have sympathy with, a great cigar which is sadly disappearing. I'm afraid I have no experience with this shop but I know that the No1 is quickly dissapearing.

          I'm sure that one of our members will know something of this retailer.

            I will probably regret posting this but I'm sure you would have found it anyway and I can't currently afford a box as I would like..... So here's fingers crossed that he doesn't get cleaned out before I can buy.

                    You can find Dip 1 in Edinburgh Pipe shop. Unfortunately they sell singles only in shop.
                    Three Laws are:

                        The one on Leith Walk? I wouldn't buy from there. The cigars often have mould and cracked wrappers.... plus the place has been given over to the legal-high crowd. Shame really

                          I can't complain for quality of cigars sold there. I didn't buy much there, but always I got cigar in good shape.

                          As long as they sell legal stuff to adults, I am fine with it
