I am getting a humidor at end of month, but until then I am going to put them in Tupperware. What is the best way to go about this? If I wet a sponge an line the bottom with paper towel (while cigars are still in cedar wood box), would that be enough? Just they run the risk of drying out soon I think

Cigars poss drying out
?Some humans would do anything to see if it was possible to do it. If you put a large switch in some cave somewhere, with a sign on it saying 'End-of-the-World Switch. PLEASE DO NOT TOUCH', the paint wouldn't even have time to dry.?

Your issue will be keeping humidity DOWN rather than up at the moment I think. Unless you have a very dry house. Mine is about 74% at the moment, I try not to open the various boxes too often. If you have a hygrometer you may find that your house is sitting at a reasonable humidity. Anything from 65-75 would be acceptable, at least for the month you're talking about. My opinion is that you should click them away in a sealed lock and lock type Tupperware as you lose a lot of the lovely smell and flavour if they are open to the air IMO.
