    Good on you, senor Mr.

Ahhh thanks TBag (by the way that's what I call you from now on)

Far from a 'big boy unit', but another step closer! I've been plodding on with desktops for quite some time now, it was about time for an upgrade! When I finally get into the 'floor standing cabinet' leagues, only then will I be with the big boys!

Just wondering, as I have the smaller Dravus cube, which for the money is excellent bang for buck, and you got an absolute steal! How many cigars per layer? Is it large enough to remove them bottom two draws and putting boxes in there or is this truly the master of loose cigars?

      Cheers,

      Ross.Co
I've only single layered for the time being but I can double layer the 50 RG's without an issue. I guess it would be about 40 Robustos for each drawer, although you'd have to give up space in a few of those drawers for humidification. I don't see why you couldn't remove the bottom drawers for boxes either... My personal preferance at the minute is to empty my boxes into my Humi as I don't have boxes which I am 'laying down' at the moment. The cigars in there are in line for smoking. When I aquire more boxes ill probably end up going down the Tuppador route for long term aging as they wont be on display.

What a well thought out plan, chico. Kudos! Keep it up and before long you'll be storing multiple boxes in your very own massive unit!.

In the meantime, naked puros neatly arranged in drawers are not only pleasing to the eye, but easy to grab and inventory.

              Afternoon Mr.Maduro!

How is your new Humidor coming along? Does it have a decent enough seal to keep your RH in check?

Still can not get over how lovely that wood finish is!

Good day Sir Ross. Yes the seal seams to be very effective. I'm struggling a little keeping the RH down at the mo as my house RH is higher than 70%. It's stable though! The aroma when you open the door is fantastic!

                            OH GEEZ.
I thought the Third drawer was filled with Montecristo Reservas. I nearly shat myself....

Un-irregardless, great start to an amazing collection! Beauty of a humidor, by the way!!

I would be worried about the humidity in your house if I were you. Inspired by your posts I put a hygrometer in my back bedroom and its 52% all day.

I know what you mean PeeJay. I've bought the RH in the Humi down now. I moved it to a different location in my house and 'aired' it out a bit. My livingroom has no windows (odd as it may sound). It does however have two large patio doors which open straight out into the conservatory which does suffer condensation and is the only air path into the lounge. Also had the Humi near the dog water bowl which he laps up all over the place. All resulting in the RH being quite high in there. Upstairs bedroom at the front is much lower. As you say, between 50 - 60%.

                                All sorted now!
