That is pretty much the one I bought my nephew. This would be perfect, I guess the next issue is deciding on either veneered cedar or hardwood cedar.

Ye the wine cooler i have just won am thinking of boarding out with cedar veneer. Only problem can only seem to find 1/4 inch do you think that would be to thick

Yeah I ordered one of them last night as they were down to the last 2.

Using old cigar boxes for lining sounds a great idea and it doesn't matter if it's too thin for the shelf. Surely it doesn't matter if that's made out of something else?

Link works fine for me sean though it looks like normal cedar not spanish so not advisable for a humidor

With veneer or even lining ply with the strips of cedar that come in boxes, what would be the best way to glue it? Normal wood glue, super glue or is there some kind of non toxic, delicate glue that is out there? I am planning on lining ply, and a)don't want it to look blotchy as the veneer is thin, and b)something safe and not harm the cigars.
