  • Thinking of a box spilt with a friend... But.

Not sure what to suggest as he likes mild, easy draw and quite sweet.
I smoke mostly JL no 2 and Siglo VI with the odd R&J wide etc..
I'm happy to have half. Box of mild easy going smokes for breakfasts etc but not sure what to suggest...

Over to you Gents for some ideas.. Cuban preferred ( by me )

I'm afraid I've got to disagree with Groundhog as I've never thought of the Por Larranaga as a light smoke (a great one though!), but the Choix Supreme is a great smoke, and a similar size to the JL2, the Hoyo de Monterrey Epicure 2 is also well thought of (although I'm not a fan myself).

A slightly different cigar from a brand that is often overlooked is the Quai D'Orsay Coronas Claro - is a coronas sized cigar and I think it a great smoke

I'd have to say that the Hoyo de Monterray short Pyramide is a lovely sweet full flavoured but mild smoke. I would heartily push that on you down a dingy back alley. First ones free, ping me your addy for a free sample.

Ah yes, HdM Petit Robustos, not a bad shout at all. I'd also echo others' thoughts on the ERdM Choix Supreme.

Honestly... I've had no good HdM Petit Robustos. None.
I've had 3. All underfilled like a sponge. Last one I had was so underfilled, i cut up segments, tore them up, and just smoked them in my bloody pipe.

You got unlucky. All from the same box?

That assertion certainly had me thinking you'd had considerably more than three...
