This company (name kept secret for now) may have sold me a fake box of Cohiba 1966 last month, I've never seen them before so after they arrived I thought all was good, I waited for butters to come over to check them but he immediate identified them as fake. We emailed NAME LEFT OUT FOR NOW and reported this but he responded to say that as Jez had sent him an email to say they arrived and that he was happy so we won't be able to return them. As it happens I was only the delivery address and the first time Jez saw them was when he was over here. Regardless of the circumstances, if the cigars are fake and the shop sold them knowing this to be true that would mean that he is knowingly selling fakes. They nearly got past me, the box is real but the cigars look fake, the bands are irregular, I would of realised eventually but had only opened them once to have a look when they arrived.
If they are definite fakes I'm going to be asking all my Bro's to make it known that this shop knowingly sell fakes, refuse returns when they are found out and ignore emails from that point. I'm pretty upset and angry, these were my golden unicorn and I'm totally deflated by the experience to the point where I'm seriously considering giving up collecting and smoking different cigars, I may just buy Sig 6 from now on and smoke nothing else. Why wankers like this have to spoil this interest for people is beyond me, there's plenty of money to be made selling legit cigars. What a bastard Manuel is, if I'm ever in Spain I will go see him. People like that are utter scumbags and deserve everything they have coming to them.
