the 'old' silver tube version are sought after by a lot of BOTL.
really, Arf? mine was a silver tube (acknowledge the band difference). really no hype deserved if you ask me!
I have the old silber ones if you want some? won't regret giving em up
Always quite fancied canada! Although I think my holiday funds are taken for the year
They're hidden with the rest of the tobacco, the price list on display should let you know though.
I'll have to double check my local ASDA, I know they have the H. Upmann Junior Corona but I don't remember them having any Punch anything.
Anyone have any experience recovering supermarket cigars from being a bit too dry? I imagine a few days in the humi will help but the damage to some extent will already be done.

Asda have H Upmman's and Punch's??...what what what??? I'll check my local one.
Was in ASDA this afternoon and picked a couple of these up to try. Had one this afternoon and I'm not impressed. It was dry but smokable after being sat in the tube in an unhumidified kiosk and had a pleasant, medium strong profile but it really didn't evolve from there. And at ?8 I can can a Boli No. 3 from the little tobacco stall in town or stretch a little bit to a Monte No. 4, both much more to my taste. Still got another in the humi so maybe it'll be better after some rest.

Nice research!
Of I remember rightly they have Punch, H. Upmans, Partagas and Henry Wintermans baronets of the half corona.

Hmm, perhaps just a bad cigar? Because there's been reports of cigars keeping well in tubes for years.

Had one the other day - And although I'm new to all this, it's been my favourite smoke so far.
Am wondering now if our local Asda has them, as I'd quite like to go for another and am not fancying any of the others I have left....
I had one that had been sat in my humi for a couple of weeks, was a lot better than the one straight from the shop. Still think they're a bit too much for the stick though, if they were priced like I hear they are in Spain I would probably be much more positive.
