Ahem...I believe you may find a spot or two in London where you can enjoy a fine puro, but I'll let some of the local lads be more specific. In fact, they may even know of a "puro community" you can join. Perhaps the UKCF for starters.

Names Perro, el Perro, and it's not easy being the Magical Modulator.

Try Belgraves. Its a Thompson hotel near Harrods, they have a cigar terrace. We stayed there. It was very nice.
Don't be put off by the Thompson thing!

The le casa in Teddington has a lovely smoking area. Just give Ajay a call and tell him you're a member here.

Couldn't be bothered last week. I just bought a coffee from Starbucks and found a bench on the Embankment.
If you want to, you can.
And, if you can, you must!

I'm a big fan of JJ Fox. Largely because it's got the atmosphere of a tiny little club upstairs - some people are perfectly happy to sit in the corner contemplatively, whilst others take the opportunity to enjoy conversation with like minded individuals. Plus, you can bring your own bottle of something jolly lovely with you (rather than having the forced minimum spend of many of the hotel terraces). Most visitors are always happy to share what they've bought with them - so you can have a veritable tasting menu of wines, whiskies, and rums.
