I think it would be fun to order one each of your suggestions and a bhk54 and have a hell of a fun educational day! That would have to be a day given completely over to the stix!

That's a great idea, we could make a thread called beat the BHK.

You get the English market value to spend on sticks and you review the lot I.e. The day's worth of smokes directly against a single BHK.... To see personally where the value is for us as individuals, I might do it to test my claim.

I'm liking where your going with this, fun and educational. For me that's what joining this group was all about, I didn't really appreciate what a good community I was getting involved with. Let's just say I spend more time on my phone than before lol.

actually, this kinda sums the whole thread up:

I had the 52 and the 54 and I felt the 52 was the better smoke for me. Just better all around to be honest, no one individual aspect just all of it that little bit better.

I have only had the 54, it was wonderful even a game changer at the time. Though it's been equalled and even beaten by cheaper sticks for me so it's not really a consideration for purchase ATM.

While it was a great cigar, its ?20+ even at cheap prices.

Dip 2 & 3 I enjoy Just as much, Monte 2 I enjoy just as much, Bolivar Demi Tasse (The one and only one I had.) Showed it a clean set of heels regarding complexity and flavour, ERDM Demi Tasse offers a more unique Flavour profile.

And guess what.... even at UK prices I can buy a Monte 2 a Dip 3 and an ERDM Demi Tasse and still have about ?3 change for the UK price of the BHK 54....

Frankly, I would be crazy to buy the BHK taking that into consideration.

The three sticks i would miss out on by buying it is like a dream day for me.

I am even more tempted to try the 54 now… the 56 can maybe wait a bit longer
I totally respect respect peoples views RE: price of Behikes.
I've tried a few cigars now, most around the price point of ?15-?20.
The BHK52 is the only one I've truly REALLY enjoyed… and for that reason, buying a 10 box last year
for ?250, ?25 per stick - I feel is worth the extra spend in comparison to the other smokes I've tried
that are ?5-?10 cheaper. I've found the box I've bought, and the single sticks I've purchased over time
to be the most CONSISTENT in smoking experience.
But yes, great advice all - so massive thanks.

Indeed go for it, I think regardless of value for money you should always give something a go once if you fancy it
