So (semi-)hypothetically speaking, if you had a small celebration, like passing a big exam; a taste for medium-to-full bodied cigars with pepper and a budget of no more than ?15 what would you go for?

naaaaah, 72 pesos. gave up a box of infantes because these Hoyos were so cheap.....
immediately regretted the decision.
and aye: i love monte when i can. but the hoyos just have this smooth filling odour that i love.
both are irreplaceable though, don't get me wrongOriginally posted by ValeTudoGuyMarc's a Fat Molly

but the short pirimide shouldn't be too bad at all. monte 520 (adding onto mo's suggestion) is another one that might be worth the extra quid or three.......Originally posted by ValeTudoGuyMarc's a Fat Molly

Nothing wrong with the Short Hoyo it's a great cigar .... but to meet the criteria .... a slightly older style Habano with the pepper hints you're after. SLR Regios .... try to get plus three years.
If you want to, you can.
And, if you can, you must!
