I thought that was it though I did wonder why there was no prices or their cigars, had to look up the El Creditos on our sponsor's page.

thanks I see that page but that's not the website for 1a it's just a promo page for them on the h and f site. What I was looking for is the website for 1a, like cgars website or my smoking shop website, hope i explained myself better.

                      Hello

Thanks for the kind words about the store - I have been reading the thread, but could I find my Forum password!

First things first - this really is a fabulous cigar store and I would like everyone to visit when in London. Now as manager you would expect me to say that - but it really is special.

This is a luxury store in a great location - the corner site of St.James's Street and Pall Mall. There are now three terrific cigar shops within yards of each other - Davidoff, JJ Fox and 1a St James's.

To answer some earlier questions - the website will launch this month at www.1Astjames.com and there is no dress code.

We have a great range of Havana and New World smokes at very sensible prices. This is the new home of Dunhill Tobacco although we operate as a Specialist Tobacco shop.

Our Sampling Lounge is well designed with a high ceiling and impressive smoke extraction. Wifi, coffee, filtered water and much more. We have a cigar themed wash room along with the 'Master Blender Room'.

Everyone is welcome - I am very happy to organise a Forum evening after we close one evening, or just turn up. By the way Thursday is our late night until 9pm (the exception is Thursday 27th Feb when we are closed for the Launch Event.

Sorry if that all sounded like a sales pitch - but the point is come along, I think you will like it.
I'm sure there are greater things in life than a fine cigar ........... but right now I can't think what they might be.

Hi Robert. Good to see you back on ukcf. I will miss the opening due to prior arrangements but will come and check out the refurb soon.

Did you manage to improve the ventilation ...seem to remember that it got a bit smokey in there when a few of us were smoking.

Yes it it is a completely different layout now with an excellent extraction / airflow system. It is fair to say there has been a significant investment in getting things right!

i look forward to seeing you soon.
