I've recently received my first order from them. Good communication, decent price and fast delivery. I've got no other retailer to compare against but they couldn't have done any more to make it a pain-free experience.

Had some really bad service off these guys in the past.

I think Cgars service is excellent. However there was the feedback about the wording of the lowest price guarantee, but I thought Mitch addressed that here.

I think to "Avoid like the plague" is a little more than harsh TBH and I dont really see where it came from.

Do you care to elucidate? Im sure Mitch would reply directly and try to right any wrong that is justified.

I think Deno may have a issue with you mentioning it. You should avoid anything sounding remotely negative about C.Gars Ltd.

That is the impression I got when when he misread a compliment I posted re their service. He took it as a moan and closed the posts after telling me off.

No one likes feeling ripped off but it's up to consumers to shop around.

Buying cigars could be considered a waste of money to start with.

I bought a box of cigars I couldn't get anywhere else from a trusted source.

Under the impression there was no need to shop around as the claim in the banner gives me all the information I needed.
C.gars are the lowest priced in the uk. Wrong.

If you complain at the time of purchase they still wont stick to the claim. Best you get is equal to the best deal the completion is offering. Not lowest price.

In what situation do you find a better deal but instead of buying it then you think hang on I will hold on to that information and take it to C.gars to only get it at the same price?

I feel the banner is very misleading and needs changed or removed from a site that operates on trust.

I do not think dean would have an issue if there was a proper issue brought up and discussed in a proper adult manor with out any mud slinging and I am sure Mitch welcomes feed back as does every business
With regards to the guarantee of lowest prices it has been dissected many times some do not have a problem some do if you do don't buy if you don't buy simple really

Wiggy, you're going to have to put your argument /evidence up here mate. I've just checked a handful of Montes on both sites and CGars came up trumps on price every time. I personally have nothing invested in defending CGars, (never had a stick from them) so what have you been comparing?? As for putting you off being here, with all due respect, don't be daft mate
