3.5 x 5.5 inches, from the USA. www.maestrollc.com
As you can see they're divided for thirds, construction, scores etc.If you want to, you can.
And, if you can, you must!

Following on from the thread about spreadsheets etc I though I'd revive this one to show you a couple of screenshots for my diary
It is a Filemaker database that I created as the various apps etc available just didn't record everything I wanted them to record.
The Cigar
There are three screens for each cigar. The first one shows the basic information on the cigar, such as brand, name, size, shape, edition type (standard production, RE etc), the age (which is worked out based on the box date), country of origin, whether it been smoked and purchase information (where from, cost, date bought etc).
The second screen give some basic information of the situation I smoked it in and the weather (which I am hoping will actually be really interesting in the years to come ). Finally the third screen show the scores and notes on the cigar. At the top of the screen the name is always shown, as well as which humidor it is in so it can be easily found.
The score system I use isn't the 100 point system - I just take each of the main criteria a cigar is rated on - wrapper, feel, flavour, draw, burn etc and each of them gets a score of 0, 1 or 2 (0 meaning rubbish, 1 mean okay and 2 meaning good. The only exception is that flavour can score up to 3 for when you get one of those outstanding cigars - the only one I have given this score to this year is the ERdM Vikingos Baltic RE). It isn't too detailed a system but I don't feel qualified enough to say one cigar is 1/100 better than another and I only use it for a quick reference; generally most cigars are at around the 50% mark, which is as it should be .

The Box
There are also a couple of screens for the box - this is also the part that I think needs most work. Basically the first screen shows the details of the box (brand, size, purchase information, age, date and factory codes and the edition type). It also shows the number of cigars I owned from the box and whether I had the full box or they were just singles. It also shows when I smoked the last cigar from the box if I have smoked all of the cigars in the box. The second screen shows the individual cigars from the box, their age (or age when smoked if they have been smoked) and score if applicable. Where it says given away it basically means someone else smoked it.
Box Screen - Info.jpgBox Screen - Cigars.jpg
The problem with this screen is that the box has to be a normal box of cigars, if you pick up a sample box (such as the Selecci?n Robusto and Piramede), you can't add that as a single box - this is the thing I have been meaning to fix for months but haven't found the time; this is also the central screen on the database which everything else is linked to so it might be slightly awkward
Humidor
This screen just shows the cigars in each humidor and also some details on the humidor (such as brand, and, strangely, I also added dimensions, I'm not sure why I though that might be useful...
Humidor.jpg
Shops
This screen give details of the shop, including contact details and a link to their website and Google maps in case they ever come in useful. It also list the cigars I bought from that shop and the cigars' scores.

Checklist
This is the screen that requires a lot of work, but is basically a list of REs released around the work that I will tick off if/when I get my hands on them. It could obviously be expanded to just a list of cigars ever released but I'm not that ambitious!

Brands
And finally this is the screen that shows all of the cigars I smoked within a brand

If anyone actually read all the way down to this point - thanks for taking the time!

Wow, fair play to you On the dedication. I tried writing a few lines in a little black book about each one I smoked.... It started to feel like a chore so I just stopped. I wish it didn't feel like a chore though. It must be nice to have notes to look back over.Licky Licky before Sticky Sticky. - Puff Scotty 22/03/14

That is some achievement but I have no idea how you have the patience to enter so much data.Originally posted by Simon BolivarLittle medical correction there Steve, you will surely die...but not from smoking these

Thanks a lot - it did take a little effort to setup but in terms of filling out now its mostly from drop down lists so you only need to selected Montecristo and the size, then everything else gets filled out automatically and the with the scores and notes its just a case of copying and pasting from the notes on my iPad

I use Cigar Boss on the Google Play Store. I tried out a lot of different ones but I thought this one was the best. It is an American app so most of the NCs are different to what we get here but you can add new ones to the list. You can rate each cigar as well from 1-5 stars which gets saved in a list which is how I keep track
