I've just bought singles so far and one sample marevas seleccion... iirc petite coronas. I do prefer going the singles route though, you can better tailor your selection and as has been stated, there doesn't really seem to be any financial imperative with buying boxes/samplers etc over putting together your own selection of singles.

I think i will buy singles, almost everyone says it's the better route.

Albert docks good mate good few bars where you can sit outside but weather now proberly be a bit windy was nice for me in the summer though

i havnt vent im afraid but i havnt looked as I don't smoke at uni. I smoke at home mainly.

I do not know that I would ever buy astarter pack for myself, but I do buy them as gifts for friends whowant to try cigars. I make sure to explain there will be a wide rangeof flavors ranging from mild to harsh, from fruity to spicy, and fromhot to cool. I give them a little notebook and a nice pen along withthe starter pack and tell them to write down the name of the cigarand their impression of the smoke with each cigar.


Once they are finished with theirstarter pack, they have a great idea of what types of cigars theyenjoy, a few cigar names they want to buy again, and are ready forsensible conversation about other cigars that meet their tastepreferences.


I would bundle my own starter packs forthem, but that would tend to be tinged with my own smoking bias andmight affect their own learning experience.
