I have removed all previous comments made by one of our reps that work for our company. Whilst at first the tactics my rep displayed during his first post was unsuitable and not advised, he has made all efforts to answer questions to the best of his knowledge.

Thank you for some of the genuine interest some bloggers have shown. I will not have my company participate in unsuitable arguments demonstrated by one particular user, I will not allow further involvement by any of my staff with this discussion.

Your representative came on here and posted a duplicitous opening post pretending an interest in cigars as a cheap mechanism to advertise your product.

When challenged he made questionable statements. I see, looking at your homepage that this could be suggested as company culture. I am basing this comment on seeing the 'RoSH Compliant' banner on your homepage. Are you boasting that your electronics soldering process meets legislation that was introduced in 2002 and law since 2006?

We had the decency to let this discussion run and you responded by deleting all of the previous comments and adding advertising to your signature. As I see it we have two choices, delete this whole thread (as it is now incomprehensible) or reinstate the deleted threads as a record of your companies conduct.

Either way I would suggest in this situation aggression will not serve you well.

I am sorry for the part I have played in this. While I still think It was correct to question the things being said. It would appear that it has resulted in me being involved in what will almost certainly be seen as an overall negative incident.It was not my intention.... Again sorry.
