              The forum mods will take a dislike I'm sure to this topic I'm afraid. I do agree with them that if this turns into a place to avoid tax then the forum will be closed and we will no longer have discussions about our beloved cigars.

                Also import tax will add on a massive wedge so factor that in too. It's a hefty addition when you start paying tobacco taxes on the boxes they come in.

                    By the time you've paid all the duties and taxes you won't save any money, even purchases from EU countries are subject to them, it much easier, cheaper and more enjoyable to arrange a trip to a fellow EU country and pick up some sticks while you over there, my understanding is that technically you can bring back as many as you want for personal use but HMRC start asking questions at anything over 200 (from the EU).
