  • Silly mistake!

So I got a bit of personal good news today

Anyway... While in the newsagents on my break I spontaneously purchased some Cafe Cremes (I wanted something to celebrate, silly impulse buy!)

Bloody hell! my throat and mouth are on fire!!! Ive never smoked cigs before and have been smoking generally good quality hand rolled cigars for the last few months.

    Never again lol

Did you inhale or were they just peppery?

      Hi Mate,

No I didn't inhale - I have only ever smoked cigars so inhaling the smoke is a bit alien to me.

It was very peppery and bitter (and slightly "wet" if that makes sense)

Can you even get the Dominican Montecristos in the UK? I don't think I've ever seen them

We don't even seem to have em in Canada. Either that, or I don't bat an eye cause we have the Cuban ones..

Kinda like the Dominican Cohibas too..........

I like them, but they take a bit of getting used to. The trick is to smoke them gently otherwise they burn hot and burn your lips and mouth. If you take them steady they're actually quite tasty. Don't last long though.

Cohiba Clubs are probably more suited to our palate. They are surprisingly really good. Same with the Montecristo Club. I'd suggest to stick to those for short smokes. I always have some with me when I'm out at a bar and don't want to spend hours outside.
